MODLOGIQ’s Smart Off-Site Construction methodology ensures schedule certainty. It keeps crane time and site disruption to a minimum and by preventing installation delays and time-consuming site remediation:

• Building Information Model (BIM). MODLOGIQ uses data-rich 3D modular building design to ensure that each component is built from day the ground up to fit perfectly together when it arrives on site.

 

• Build Together preassembly.  This is MODLOGIQ’s secret sauce. We preassemble at our modular manufacturing plant to ensure precise fit and seamless installation. That keeps crane time and site disruption to a minimum.

• Secure, reliable transportation. MODLOGIQ does not use mobile home trailer frames for transport. Our buildings are shipped on drop-deck air ride trailers and are heavy-duty shrink wrapped to deliver safely and securely.

• Lowest site impact. MODLOGIQ modular buildings can be installed in as little as 8 hours! Even complex modular projects like a 2-story, 20,000 square foot health clinic with fully automatic fire sprinkler system can be completely assembled in less than a week! (In New York City!)
