• Hybrid approach: modular construction + site-built construction. Modular construction can at first appear to be unsuited to some types of projects. For example, a school with large, open spaces such as a gymnasium. However, a hybrid combination of a site-built gymnasium combined with attached permanent modular classrooms, offices, library and cafeteria can be much more efficient and desirable.
