Cherokee Lane Elementary School

Cherokee Lane Elementary Schools is a unique modular/site-built hybrid project that features 175 modules and components to form open learning spaces, classrooms, offices, admin spaces, and more for the school—all constructed off-site at our New Holland plant. Despite months of site permitting delays early in the project, MODLOGIQ was able to accelerate the schedule and help the school open on time for fall semester 2022.
