The Women in Construction at MODLOGIQ continue to advance our company and their careers!
Tara Doratt plays a leading role on the Technology team, helping identify, procure, and make operational a new web conferencing system (it's great!). She's also been instrumental in facilitating collaboration among team members for our recent strategic planning effort.
Robin Gibson headed up our the migration to a new HR platform that is providing better outcomes for employees while minimizing manual administrative tasks. She's currently involved in a recruiting and hiring campaign to help us smoothly handle this year's growth.
Ali Morrongiello is our lead AR/AP team member and assists with office operations. She has played an instrumental role in supporting our day-to-day accounting efforts through recent management and ownership transitions.
In the past year, Mag Murphey has gone from a recent hire to Director of Operations & Strategy, heading up the company's strategic initiative to automate operations and processes and create a more streamlined workflow for both employees and clients.
Stacy Tanner has lifted business development to new highs with record revenue growth -- all while standing up the new Salesforce CRM and maximizing outreach with new sales tools like ZoomInfo and Engage email marketing.
Stephanie Voulamandis joined MODLOGIQ as an Estimator but her winning personality made her a natural to be our unofficial "social media star." She reported from our Cherokee Lane project, discussed how The Center for Well-Being at UMBC was like "time travel," and more.
