SEPTA SAVES 4-5 MONTHS ON ADMIN BUILDING

How much time is off-site modular construction saving our client Modular Genius on the SEPTA project? "They're saving 4 or 5 months on the timeline," estimates Jon Oniskey, Project Manager on the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority's Administration Building project for the Powelton Yard. "If they were doing this conventionally, it would take minimum 5 months [after permits and site prep completed]. By the time they have the site permit, this is going to be on a truck and ready to go and then ready to be installed that next day."
