In addition, MODLOGIQ’s builds modules to include turnkey HVAC and MEP systems, as well as complete fire alarm and sprinkler systems. Everything is installed at our modular manufacturing plant, where Smart Off-Site Construction includes testing of system fit and finish before shipping to reduce install times and to keep costs and site disruption to a minimum.
